    Monday

    Military Press
    67.5x6
    67.5x6
    67.5x6

Rubbish, did 7,7,6 on Friday (not noted in my log here though). Forgot my chalk though which may have been the problem, I HATE pressing with a slippery bar.

    High Bar Olympic Squats
    122.5x10
    122.5x10

Felt very easy. Pleased with this.

    Pendlay Rows
    92.5x8
    92.5x8
    92.5x8

    Seated Rows (cable machine)
    15x8
    15x8
    15x8

    Preacher Curlzorz

22.5KG of plates, 3x10. Not sure what the bar weighs though (Olympic EZ-Bar?).

Yeah they're pretty savage but not too bad once a week!

    Wednesday

    Bench
    85x8
    85x8
    85x8

    Chin-ups (from dead hang)
    (BW+10KG)x8
    (BW+10KG)x9
    (BW+10KG)x6

    Deadlifts
    165x8

I can't stress how much I hate doing more than 5 reps on deads, it really is a different gravy.

    Pulldowns @ 75KG, 3x8.

I've noticed my bicep stretch marks are getting worse.

    97.5x8

Thought I'd finally post a pic seeing as I now actually possess one of myself doing some exercise.

Also push-pressed 100KGx1 - pretty happy with that, 2 plates above the head feels goooood!

    100x3
    140x5
    127.5x9

    Some preacher curls too.

Had a little supplement sale / Q&A at the gym today by some guys from 'Own Logo'; one of them tried to peddle me some CEE by strenuously insisting it was better than Monohydrate...what a fool...obviously I didn't buy anything.

Nice one Amir! The tyre flips were a bit trickier than they normally are I think since the rig at Muscle Inc. is a couple of 205KG tractor tyres bound together - making the thing just too high to get right up to and stick your head over. Had to sort of press my face and shoulders into it and drive it a bit like a scrum. Good fun though!

    Wednesday

    Flat Bench
    20x8
    40x8
    60x8
    75x5
    87.5x8
    87.5x8
    87.5x7

    Chins

    +12.5KG - 8,6,5.

    Deadlifts

    105x5
    125x4
    145x3
    165x2
    185x1
    205x1 - PB

180KG concrete axle x 9 in 1 minute (had a go at the Muscle Inc. record, which is 20 in a minute by some strongman, reckon I could've had 14 if I'd been fresher though).

    170x5

    Pulldowns
    75x8
    75x8
    80x8

Happy with the deadlift PB, felt like I could've had 210 but I was a bit tired (and my wrist's a bit buggered from the tyre flips on Monday).

Pulled 210 today. Booya. Had a go at 5 plates, brought it about 6 inches from the floor but it wasn't going any further.

Off to Reading early tomorrow morn to piss all my hard work away.
