Help me please with study program

Please tell me. I was offered a place at the college on the Health and Social Care level 3 Cambidge Technical Diploma, or Extended Diploma program and at the same time Science(applied) Level 3 BTEC Extended Certificate. I really don't understand if I am offered two programs or do I have to choose one of these?Tell me what is better to take if I have not yet decided on the profession of a doctor or dentist. Which one to choose? But will I be accepted to the university with these programs? And that's all I will have to study in university after these programs?
I imagine you will have to choose one of the courses you have been offered, as the workload would be too much to manage both.

I'm no expert, but I would assume that for medicine or dentistry, applied science would be the better qualification, however it's also my understanding that it is very difficult/near impossible to get into either without A Levels, and good ones at that.
