I'm not sure about this part of the application... It says you should select dual nationality if you have a 1st and 2nd nationality. I was born in one European country, but I have been a citizen of another European country for 18 years. I do not have dual citizenship. Should I bother adding my "original" nationality? I have already mentioned my country of birth in this section of the application.

If you don't have the nationality of the country that you've been living in, then you don't put it down. You should only put down the nationality that it says on your passport.
