Gym Exercising

Hiya,

So recently i have been going to the gym for about 3 weeks non stop now.
After taking a break for studies for just over a year, on week 3 i have somehow been feeling a bit down like flu wise not sure if that is common due to a lot of exercise but open to advice as i go to the gym 5 days a week.
Depending on how much you exert yourself at the gym and how much you're eating, you may be weakening your immune system. You've also got a lot of people breathing heavily nearby indoors when you're in there.

Take some time out to recover (can still do some exercise at home or outdoors), then start going again.

Take it easy and get some rest.
Eat well and take some multivitamins.
It's not the best idea after a long absence from the gym to start exercise heavily.
I think you did good you need to carry on...
Rest if you are feeling unwell.

There is no need to overwork yourself that you become unwell.
