I no idea if a school is allowed to do that or not but yeah.

Yes but no.

No phones in school (you could bring them in school but couldn't use them in the school building).

Yes

You have to walk around the school in a one way system

No

You're not allowed to ask for a reason when you get told to do something, you just have to do it or get detention

yes (not getting a detention for this though)

(primary school) good students are the delivery people of teachers, they are told to get the order (most time coffee) and pay the bill (with the teacher's money of course)
No, I can't remember that I had this rule at primary school.

Lessons were cancelled because of a lack of teachers.

Kind of. For us we had to display the logo on the tie but they weren’t that strict about it.

No coats worn inside!!!

Yes, all the time.

Teacher has to do a 'callout' (on a system called edulink) every time a student needs to leave the class. This alerts a member of staff (usually SLT) who will then come and escort the student to wherever they need to go and then back to class. Wherever includes the bathroom. Also, if no one answers the callout then tough luck. About to **** your pants? or faint? having a nosebleed? experiencing cramps? a headache? nausea? need to take medication at the nurses' office? even just some tissue for a runny nose? Well, unfortunately the teacher can't help you because no one has responded to the callout and there's no way they could possibly let a secondary school student wander the hallways alone!!

Nope.

No speaking a foreign language in school (I used to think that it was okay when the Polish kids in my school were told to stop speaking Polish and that they should speak English instead but I now realise that the school was being kind of prejudiced here). This rule excludes MFL lessons.

The school were being prejudiced for asking students in an English school to only speak English? What are you talking about?

They should have been allowed to speak Polish in school imo (not in lessons but in Break and Lunch time which is when they were told to stop speaking Polish, they were told to not speak Polish in breaks, not lessons).

At the time I supported this rhetoric from the librarian but my view has changed especially as I do this myself anyway (speak a foreign language in public without anyone other than my parent being able to stop me from doing that).

Also the aim of this game is to answer the statement above on whether it applied to your school or not then offer another statement for the next person to answer.

Probably a de facto yes seeing as I couldn’t really go to the toilet in lessons in general (excluding sixth form at times).

Not allowed to have fizzy drinks in school.

Yeah, wasn’t allowed to do it in Y12 either.

I also found it stupid that I had to be in school at 8:30 (leave house at 7:00) even if my first lesson wasn’t until 11:00 for example (both Y12&13).

You were restricted when it came to what colour coat you could wear to school (excluding sixth form).
