    ok so im really confused

i've got 3 yrs of study under my belt, which did not amount to a degree...mostly because of changes in courses.

ive now finally found a course i like and this is technically my 4th yr in university.

the SLC said they will only pay for my maintenance loanthis year as i've had previous funding. (i use that to pay for my fees though)

my question is, does this year count as my 4th and last year of funding or will that be the final yr of my current course? 'im assuming then 'funding' then will mean i will be entitled to BOTH loans.....yes? no?

You'll get fee funding for the fourth year of your course. So you'll have to finance the first three yourself. You'll get maintenance for those three, and yes you'll get both maintenance and student fees in the fourth year.

The above is correct, you're entitled to funding only for your 4th year of the course this time around. Fees are your responsibility until then.
