personal statement pharmacy v optometry

hi im writing my personal statement this summer and im applying for both pharmacy and optometry but have no idea on which one to choose, i was hoping to do this by the time i receive offers hopefully. But, i don’t know which to choose and how to structure my personal statement. How would i do this could i get some advice. I am a btec applied science student with the grades D*D*D and have work experience in both settings.
You can't write a PS for both of those - they will want you to talk about the specific role, and while there are of course some overlaps, there are also significant differences. You need to decide which one before applying really, so you can make your PS focused on that area.

Pharmacy and optometry are quite different from each other, I would recommend that you choose one and write a strong personal statement based on that rather than having a weak PS for both.

Alternatively the uni may ask for a separate PS but it is not worth risking a place
