Everytime I email, it goes to someone else and it seems like this is on purpose and it is intentional. What do I do?

It's just a normal email, so basically I am trying send it to a person named Paul and his colleagues, yet it goes to someone called Sarah.

What is a 'normal;' email? is is personal or work? 
If it's work, then maybe Paul's duties and/or mailbox now go to Sarah, either that of Paul is now Sarah?

Paul might be still getting my emails, yet Sarah and her colleague gets them too, I think they are scheming on me.

Actually, it's not really clear whether you're emailing an account which is specific to Paul or not. Does the email address contain his name (or some abbreviation thereof) or does it contain the name of a team, department, or job title instead?
