    Keep getting theses, just wondered if theres any ways to try and stop them? what are the common causes of them? someone told me they thought you could get tablets in boots but never heard of this?

    Also today blood was comeing out of both nostrils at the same time when normaly it's one or the other
    is that unusal?

    Hmm usually it's only out of one nostril but it probably means there's a burst blood vessel somewhere there, you need to see your doctor if they keep happening and they can seal off the blood vessel by poking some thingy up your nose. That's what happened to my friend anyway!

    about twice a year I go through stages of having a nosebleed or two, every day, for about two weeks... and then it just stops. It's really weird... maybe wait a while, and if you're still getting them in a week, go see a doctor.
