Comparison of IGCSE Eng Lang Syllabus and where to find online tutors?

Hi,

I come from Hong Kong. The last time I was a student was a decade ago, but now I need to self-study IGCSE to achieve the basic requirements of applying for a teacher's training.

I was lucky to find a face-to-face tutor to help with my Double Science and took the exam in May. But another problem is that my qualification is not accepted, and I need to take IGCSE English Language as a First Language.

Therefore, I want to ask:

1. Where to find tutors online?

I have tried to find a face-to-face tutor in Hong Kong, but in vain so far...

2. Which syllabus is the best for me?

I only have at most 9 months to prepare as May 2023 is the last series I have to take. (I aim to apply for the teacher's training starting in Sept 2023)

In Hong Kong, only Cambridge and Pearson exams are available. It would be great if anyone could analyse the difference between these syllabuses
and advise the best one for me.
