Who is better amber student or best student

So I’m applying for halls I could apply through [best student](https://www.beststudenthalls.com/uk/london/student-accommodation/) or [amber student](https://amberstudent.com)

Or does it make no difference which one I stick with both offer the same cash back so yeah

I guess I’m looking for like in terms of disputes and stuff or anything else

For me personally Amber student has been great, however I only chose that as it was used by one of my family members. So I never had a chance to explore anything else. I have heard great things about them both and now they offer the same cash back I guess they are pretty much the same. But I have nothing negative to say about amber student.

did they request for login details and password when booking through the accommodations portal? my amber agent is asking for it to prove that ive booked the room but it seems dodgy
