missed a shift at new job

I planned my week using a rota that wasn't updated when I should've checked for an updated version. I missed today's shift as the old rota said I was off today. what do I do? it's currently midnight and too late to message my manager

Just say to them you realised this and you are so sorry, you clearly didn't do it on purpose. Don't worry blips like this happen in a new job!
