I just got a provisional offer. I’m sorry to hear you both didn’t get it. Sending some encouraging words, I’ve been stuck in a stressful job I hate for a while now. I’ve applied for so many jobs and been to countless interviews. I’d written myself off for this job as I thought I’d messed up on one of the interview questions. Don’t give up, when it’s the right time and right job for you, you will get it. Keep applying and moving forwards!

How much did one need? 4 for each behaviour and how much for strengths?

I think it’s 4 or more for behaviours and 3 or more for strengths

So one needs 4+4+9, is that correct?
