Sorry to hear you didn't get the AO :frown: All civil service jobs are marked out of 7 for behaviours and 4 for strengths, with the pass mark for behaviours being 4 and 2 for strengths, although getting that mark won't always mean you're successful but rather you might get onto a reserve list depending on how many positions there are and other people's scores. They mark it based upon the success profiles for the behaviours which are different at each grade, based upon how well they think you demonstrated the definition, I think minimal demonstration corresponds with a score of 2. It's good to write down something for every indicator and incorporate it into your answer. On the other hand, with strengths, 2 marks are assessed by the content of your answer and the other 2 are for how drawn you appear to be to the strength, such as through body language and an enthusiastic tone. It can be quite hard to learn all the rules but I'd recommend studying the application process in depth in order to know exactly what they're looking for and increase your scores further!

Thank you so much for your elaborate answer. Yes, I was pretty nervous as I was not familiar with the format of the interview.
Hi, has anyone heard back about the outcome of their interview yet?

Not yet. Hopefully soon.
Just received this email:

“Due to the volume of applications received, it is taking us longer to assess Interviews than anticipated; however, we can assure you that we will get the Interviews results out to you as soon as possible once completed. In the meantime, please refrain from sending chasing e-mails about this and keep an eye on your CS Jobs Portal for updates.

Thank you for your patience.”

Kind regards

Also, what do you think this means? They’re still looking at interviews or they’ve looked at them all and are trying to determine who gets the jobs and who is on reserve list?

Could be either tbh but since the interviews were over a month ago, hopefully it’s the latter
Yes, this is taking forever 🙄 Should be no later than next week I'd imagine? Though who knows...
...Or perhaps next month? 😩
Has anyone heard back?

Nope… it’s a joke
What the hell are they doing?! It's ridiculous. Plus, if you end up waiting this long to be unsuccessful... 🙄

Maybe email them haha? I’ve emailed twice 🤣 might push them if someone else does the pestering
Haha I've emailed them once already. And I am pretty sure it will have no impact... they'll just send a generic 'the results will soon be ready, please don't email again'.
My bet was for the results being out this week but I'm getting doubtful!
Mine too tbh… my friend waited 4 months for FNORC campaign. We both work for home office now but it’s a shambles
