    my wrists are skinny , yet the rest of my body is bulked and has big muscles ??

    any way to add fat to that specific area ?

    There are isolation exercises for the wrist muscles over at ExRx.

    Dunno if they're any good like, but meh. My wrists have got a bit bigger (watch is tighter) from heavy deadlifts and bent over rows. Probably best to do them instead of isolations, though if you're as big as you say you are you probably do them already.
