Hi i was just wondering if i could link my part time job as a letting agent to do with economics and if it will be any relevant to do with a degree in economics?

I'm not too clued up about the ins and outs of economics as a subject, but I suppose you could talk about how you effectively used your time and resources at your job to achieve the best results in e.g. completing paperwork and advertising? I would mainly focus on what transferable skills from your job you have gained and how they will be beneficial to you at uni, e.g. you have learnt how to have excellent time keeping and this will help you make sure you dedicate enough time to coursework/independent study time, if you catch my drift.
