That must suck, I'd see a physician about it. I don't understand though how you can come without feeling?

Anonymous (the first one who posted this). It sounds to me like you have got a degradation of what is known as the Dorsal nerve, part of the penis which carries most of the intense signals to the rest of the shaft. It stems from the Pudendal nerve, which is the nerve which runs from your scrotum as far as your anus.

If either of these nerves become damaged, your penile sensitivity will drop to about 10 - 15%.

Tell me please, can you say whether you have noticed that it takes longer to reach orgasm than it used to?

Ok, here's the plan of action:

    1) Find knife/scissors/sharp implement
    2) Cut off appendage
    3) Do you feel pain?
    4) If yes, problem solved
    5) If no, go to a doctor

That settles it. What is happening is that you are reaching orgasm without noticing the intensity of your masturbation. Because the feeling has dropped, you don't notice the same feelings till you are practically on the point of shooting your load.

What you need to do is make an appointment to see your GP and get a referral to a Urologist or a Sexual Health Specialist who can advise you further.

The condition can be treated, but it may require some medication or possible surgery, so be ready for what you get told.
