Do you mean you're looking to start a new UCAS application? After finishing/While being in the final year of your current course which includes a foundation year? You have to include all previous education on UCAS, which means you would have to include your foundation year, along with all other qualifications you've ever done, including those you've failed or resat.

Then you have a decision to make:

Include it
Leave it out and knowingly submit a fraudulent application and live with the risk that your application and place on any course you enrol on can be withdrawn at any point.
It was explained to you yesterday that you must include a complete education history.
