MIGHT have failed without a resit, what is the next course of action?

I am an Uni of Leeds student going from first to second year. I definitely failed one of my modules, however it was only worth 10 credits and I'm not sure if I reached the 100 I needed to pass the year. I reached AT LEAST 80 credits, however I missed the cut off point of resits and now it doesn't list the courses that I've failed. I have finished my registration for second year and it listed all the modules that I'll being doing in second year, does this mean I've passed the year or does it do that for everyone? Also if I fail to do a resit and they fail me for the year, then can I still continue with second year as I've already registered for it? I know the best course of action would have been to email my head of school, but I've left it way too late. Do I just go with it and then whatever happens, happens?
As always the best option is to shoot an email to your programme leader or to your school office, they will be best placed to give you advice.
