Best forum for me would be TSR, wouldn't really consider TSR to be social media. Reddit is also a forum but is officially considered to be a social media though.

Think they're all pretty rubbish to be honest, unless you're using them to communicate with people you actually know but don't get to see face to face for some reason, even then I'd probably prefer just phoning them.
