Reapplying for a course that was offered and declined

If on results day, the insurance choice is offered (or the student goes into clearing), can you apply to a course that you were offered but chose to decline when deciding the firm and insurance choices?

If so, is the restriction on the exact same course or on the whole university? Could the student apply for another course at a university whose offer they have previously declined?

Yes, you can apply through clearing to a Uni or course that you declined previously. Uni’s don’t hold grudges, especially in clearing.
