Sexual anhedonia

Hi,
I am a 26 year old female from wales.
For over a year I have been unable to feel any physical pleasure from sex- that is when someone touches me or gives me a head massage I feel nothing just a dull achy itchy burning sensation . I also can’t orgasm . I haven’t had an orgasm in over 2 years.
The lack of pleasure in sex is really starting to depress me and bring me down. I feel upset and resentful that other people are enjoying sex yet I can’t . I am only 26 and yet I feel like my whole sex life and pleasure in life has been taken from me . Does anyone have any advice on how to cure this?

I also have this intense itchy burning sensation underneath my scalp mainly on the left side. It feels like a large object is lodged inside my scalp or brain . I feel this discomfort constantly I can never relax or get comfortable . Because of this I have been struggling to sleep at night . I can barely sleep as I can’t get comfortable enough
