From the uni website, the standard entrance requirement is A*AA: https://www.ox.ac.uk/admissions/undergraduate/courses/course-listing/economics-and-management

Having at least those grades won't guarantee either an interview or a place, because the application process is holistic, but your grades (if they're final grades) do indicate that you'd be a strong candidate.
