    hey

I am just entering my AS results, and some pending A2 units as I havnt taken
    any yet.

I have entered my AS results as GCE subsidery qualification, which is fine because I would like them to know what i got in my AS for each subject.
However for the A2 i choose the full GCE qualification which comes up with the 6 units to fill, I enter the 4 - 6 fields with the name of the exam and the pending grade, leaving the 1-3 blank as they are already listed as a separate AS GCE. When I refresh to check, the site automatically puts the units 4 5 and 6 exams into the 1 2 and 3 fields. Is there anyway I can keep them in the 4 5 and 6 field or any other way so that I can list my AS and A2 units separate.

The reason I wana try to do this is due to having unit grades of BBA in chemistry, but got an A overall in the AS.

Any help would greatly be appreciated.

no, under GCE subsidery qualification u put in only the one u dropped at A2

the rest go under A2 and u put what u got in AS there, and put ur A2 modules as pending

don't worry about them not knowing what u got at AS, they'll get all ur results sent to them via ur exam board once u send off ur ucas anyway

btw, what i said above is reliable cos i had to phone ucas and ask, as i got confused about the same thing

your either wrong or it differs. At my school you enter all your ASs in GCE subsidery and put the A2 your taking in GCE advanced level and just leave the grade as pending.

TS my advice is just ask the careers people at your school.

ye true, but if i do it ur way, do i just re-enter the AS stuff for the A2 units 1 2 and 3? Also she did say she phoned UCAS and they sed to do it that way. I guess no one way is wrong but I wana try and get it rite.

No you just say what A2 your doing and leave it as pending. I think she is right, it probably just differs. If your doing it through school they will have a "way" that everyone should be doing it, so to avoid major delays ask them before you send the UCAS off.
