    Hello

So, usually I get really bad cramps/headaches the day before and after I get my period and get tender boobs for about 1 week before. Since I moved to uni in September I don't get any symptoms and my period seems heavier than usual, it's still regular and such like though. Obviously I don't want cramps or anything, much nicer without them as usually spend 48hrs clutching a hot water bottle and a pack of nurofen but do you think this is something to get checked up as it seems a pretty drastic change?

    Thanks!

I would say it's fine. Menstrual cycles do change over time. My periods used to be a lot heavier than they are now, and I used to get really bad PMS. Then one month the PMS was much better and my periods were lighter, they've been like that for about a year and a half now.
