Weird panic attack during mentruation

Around the third day of your period do you sometimes get like a mild cramp but which triggers like an arousal/panic attack thing? It happens to me sometimes Ive fainted once because of it but its weird it feels like I need to empty my bowels, I get all hot and feel very very uncomfortable the uncomfy feeling down below not really pain but worse, more uncomfortable. Its hard to explain but does anyone get anything like this?:confused:
I think I know what you mean. I've never had a panic attack from it, but I have felt the crampy/uncomfortable feeling.

Does it go away when you empty your bowels..? That is what helps for me.

I get cramps and bowel pain but I also get a lot more stressed during my period. Its probably hormones going wild.
That seems quite extreme, i would go to the doctors.
