I sent off my UCAS form last week and got the welcome letter about two days later. I've also had letters from two of my choices saying they received my application and I just got an email from one of them saying they'd made me an offer (however, nothing from UCAS). I can't log in to track using my details and I was wondering if this is normal or...?

I saw a thread earlier and people were saying they could login BEFORE they got the welcome letter. I have that, apparently I have an offer, yet I still can't log in!

Help Should I be able to log in? Lamesauce.

You should be able to log in. I was able to prior to receiving my letter.

Just make sure you use the correct Personal ID (without the hyphens) and your username/password as before from UCAS Apply.

Call UCAS, or make sure your not putting dashes between the numbers and that you have got your username and password right, also sometime UCAS are slow to up date offers when you get logged on

I'm copying my Personal ID from Apply and taking out the hyphens so that's right... and I'm using the same username/password that I used for Apply (and still work ). So really have no idea why it isn't working.

Will probably wait a few days and then call them. Do I have to do it through my referrererererererr person or can I just do it?
Are you copying and pasting from UCAS Apply into the Track input text box? If so, with the hyphens, numbers are lost. Copy and past the Personal ID into Notepad, remove the hyphens, and then copy and paste into Track.

Mine from Apply didn't work... I had to wait for UCAS to send me a welcome letter, and it said at the top what personal ID to use. Congrats on the offer!
