Hi, I am looking for a replacement tenant for a basic studio in Birmingham from 3rd September 2022 to 2nd June 2023. It is an 8 min walk away from the University of Birmingham. It has great amenities such as free wifi, kitchenette, study area, wardrobe, lounge area, gaming room, community area, etc.
It is relatively cheap for a studio, only £161 per week.
