Masters degree or a placement year

Hi, I’m starting to choose which university courses I want to apply to and I can’t decide whether I should choose biology with a placement year, since it would look good on my CV after my degree, or do a masters degree as from what I’ve seen it’s required for some career paths.
A placement year is an excellent addition to yout CV and puts you above those with 'no relevant work experience' when going for graduate jobs - hoghly recomended. You can always do a postgard Masters later of you want to - you can't do a placement year 'later'.

There are also Uni where you can do an 'M' degree with a placement year -
Bath - https://www.bath.ac.uk/courses/undergraduate-2022/biosciences/mbiol-biology-including-placement-year/
Cardiff - https://www.cardiff.ac.uk/study/undergraduate/courses/course/biological-sciences-with-a-professional-training-year-5-years-mbiol
Leicester - https://le.ac.uk/courses/biological-sciences-mbiolsci/2022
Oxford Brookes https://www.brookes.ac.uk/courses/undergraduate/biological-sciences-mbiol
