Has anyone tried the carnivore diet? If so were there any health benefits?

In 2019 there was this diet invented by Dr Shawn Baker, where you only eat beef cooked in butter.

It is based on the idea that modern health problems are caused by carbs, sugar, plant oils and plant toxins (oxalates and lectins)
That sounds like some B rated horror movie plot made by undergrad film students
I lost around 30 pounds in 2 months and maintained muscle mass but you feel super bloated due to the inability to take a dump.

It's really not good for you, don't do it
The problem with a healthy, nutritious diet is it is all quite mundane. So people fall for grifters trying to sell them something different or offering a quick fix.

Lack of fibre in diet causes you to become bunged up? Shocker.
