Just bought my self a Swiss/exercise ball so i can do some crunches during the semester break I just finished feeling air into the ball (took me half an hour ) Since it's been a long time i haven't do any crunches, i'm planning to do 10 times a day for 5 days, (Saturday and Sunday i'll give it a rest) is that good? any tip would be really appreciated

Why can't you do crunches without a ball? Reverse crunches?

What are you trying to achieve?

If you want a better stomach, then just drop your damned body fat - do HIIT.
