Is my NEA English Literature question a good one?

I was thinking of doing my English NEA on the topic of morality and mortality in 'The Picture of Dorian Gray' and 'Hamlet' but was a bit worried that this may be considered a bad question. Any help or advice would be much appreciated.
Hi I studied dorian gray and honestly can be a good topic in terms of his bad deeds, corruption etc. Flower imagery e.g. sybil as a flower vs Henry crushing the flower is symbolic of corruption and Henry's influence on dorian. Basil's death and the opium dens... lots for dorian. I haven't read hamlet so can't answer that one but definitely good for dorian.. the picture is the corrupted morality.. good luck
