black treacle (also known as molasses) it's great for you, very strong taste mind, so start with just a table spoon or so.

    Full of calcium and iron

    it's very tasty!

I often have it with soya milk and oats (usually cooked).

Also, if it's raw, oats, soya milk and mushed up weetabix with a bit of sugar is gooooood.

Ohh I have that, its gorgeous :-) What also works well is a square of yorkie bar...if you chuck it in and let it melt as you're eating, it's just amazing when you discover it again :yep:

Stewed apple, cinnamon and sugar?! Yes! Something I can do with my spare apples, what a great idea.

you should try the rasberry microwavable quaker oats. Its top stuff... and easy to make. Although i make it on the stove, it tastes better that way Oh yea, and i got to have sugar in it.
You also should try muesli, i love the stuff (although i tend to pick the raisins out)
