How did people do in the Reasoning skills numerical deductive and Inductive reasonh for SHL Natwest

I got 99, 99 and 94% on the three. Which I assume means I got 23/24 on the test.
got rejection letter today, I applied for D&A

where did the 23/24 come from/how d'you know it was out of 24 and what you got? Also, how were your SJT results? (Great job on the reasoning test btw)

I got „strong“ fit with NW. Was probably the best VI i’ve done also so quietly confident ! Regarding 23/24, is just a guess based on the fact that I would’ve got full marks on both the deductive and numerical to get 99 and i figure a 94 is one mark dropped- but it’s just a guess! there were 24 Q‘s:smile:

nah not at all, i’ve just done a lot of SJTs. I‘ve done 45 apps since jobs opened so naturally have improved at the pre AC stuff. only have one AC (newton) atm though!

I got 98%, 88%, 81% on the three. Don't think this is too bad. + Strong alignment on the SJT. Although I applied to the internship and did my VI on the 13th, I found it one of my stranger VI but I also spoke the longest was strange having little points that I had to hit. Does anyone know an approximate timeline for them to get back to you?

I finished mine late on the 7th, and haven’t heard back for strategy and ventures:smile:. timelines are variable but i don’t imagine many places invite to AC‘s in less than a week by experience 1-4wks seems to be standard. (20 days for L‘oreal internship last year 8 days for newton this year)

Are you also waiting to hear about AC for NatWest? I’m also considering Newton but unsure about how much travel the job needs.

Yep waiting on NW AC. I think Newton would be really good for first few years of career as my partner has 2 more years of study due to languages but past that point being away from home for such extended periods of time might be a strain. It looks really good though, and the people I've spoken to from Newton say the work hours aren't too bad - and getting hotels breakfast and dinner all paid for you Monday-Friday is a good deal haha!
Where did you find your results? I can't seem to find them on mine!

Mine were emailed to me once I had completed the video interview.

Edit: I was sent two PDFs one for SJT and one for the other assignments

For mine one question was why this firm + why this role. Then the rest were competency base. The last one for me was a kind of commercial awareness question in a sense but not directly.
I got 2 minutes to prepare my answers and then 2 minutes to record, so as long as you notes about the firm and some examples that you can remember it should be relatively easy.

Over two weeks ago they told me I’d passed VI for it and they were shortlisting for ACs now. No update after this on ACs yet. How about you?
Hi guys please which practice test provider can I use to prepare for NatWest online assessment test?

Haven’t heard anything since the VI but here’s hoping for the best. Good luck with your other apps!
