Hello everyone

Congratulations to everyone who was successful. What tips would you give to someone looking to apply next year? Is there anyone who made it to AC pass or fail willing to mentor me as that is the final stage and feedback from people who passed and failed would be invaluable.

Hi, While I won't be able to provide mentorship due to a busy schedule. I just finished my internship with NatWest and have an offer to return as a graduate. The process is identical for interns and grads. Big advice would be practice psychometric tests before it opens up such as through websites like graduatesfirst (I used this one). once you are scoring good then start your application. when it comes to your video interview you are evaluated based on how you meet the groups values and CPCs. Relate your answers to these. You are then also tested on these throughout the AC if you get to that stage.

Not sure if it depends on the role, but I think there'll be a work scenarios test or sjt, numerical reasoning test, video interview and an online AC. I'd say to practice for these tests and interviews ahead of time using mock tests and interviews. Best of luck!

So after ac I got a call said I’m in the waiting list as only limited positions they can offer. Is it possible to get an offer call under this situation?

Did you get an offer in the end?

Hi, may I ask what's your final result? And what were your VI questions? I'm applying in 2024 and would love to know your experience. Thank you
