I eat so many berries! Each day i probably have a box of blueberries and raspberries; maybe an apple, banana and a box of strawberries. I honestly don't think i could be any more healthier.

The ppoint is that i DON'T FEEL IT! I mean, i don't ever get ill... but i don't feel glowing or full of energy particularly...

I thought Blueberries are supposed to be superfruits and make us all whizz whizz bazz bazz... point being i just don't feel anymore whizz whizz than i did BEFORE i started going berry and fish crazy.

    PLEASE HELP

Do you JUST eat berries etc?

That's not a balanced diet. Where's the meat, rice, pasta, vegetables, fish, cheese and everything else?

You can't survive on just fruit.

Dont buy into all the media hype, how much a day are you spending eating boxes of blueberries?

    far to much sugar probably.

Well... this advice where they tell you to eat 5 portions a day isn't about fruit only... you have to eat vegetables, too (they're actually more important than fruit). Start eating that, too oh and if you eat a salad: Don't forget a good dressing with oil (walnut oil for example) and vinegar!
