Can you get a straight offer or do you have to attend an open day for this course?

Does anyone know when the open day is?

Also, is the invitation sent throguh the post?

I haven't heard anything from UCL yet, apart from confirmation of my application.

Just hoping that 'UCL give out rejections early on' is true :P

Has anyone requested an individual interview?

I kinda want one to discuss admissions requirements - I would prefer it if UCL offered me AAB cos then it would be my insurance, rather than Warwick (which I'm told isn't that nice - i was on holiday when the bookings started and ended, so i couldn't see it for myself ).

That's really not likely to happen, nobody wants you to have them as your insurange, especially if you ask for it!

    *shrugs*

I guess independently would look better, as having parents makes it seem like you need them for comfort etc. But... i guess some people have really... tenacious parents that insist on doing everything and accompanying their child. Helicopter parents(?)
