So i have a thing where i only sleep for 6 hours and im just 13 but i feel oddly refreshed and not tired so should i be worried ( i dont know if i have any sleep disorders but i think i have anxiety regarding sleep
everyone is different in terms of how much sleep they need to function

Lmfao what is a sleep disorder.
There is no set sleep amount, you sleep however your body needs.
If 6 hours is all you need then so be it.
