    What do you do when you want to get away, when you don't want to think about all the things going on in your life, the things stressing you out?

    (Karate used to help a lot but yeah that's not possible at the moment. Every time I left my karate class I used to feel like a new person but as I said, not possible at the moment.)

    Boxing/kickboxing
    Cooking ridiculous quantities of cakes and biscuits (NO-ONE goes hungry during exam periods)

    Yeah that can help a lot. But that tends to help when I don't need it, when I need it it can make me worse lol, or maybe it's just the music I have on my laptop :p: But I do have happy music too but I tend to end up only listening to sad music when I'm down and it makes me cry more.

    Watch the move 'Fight club', sounds kinda odd but try it, it'll give you a completely different outlook on life.
    Its an awesome film, anyone who has seen it will agree.
