GCSE CHEMISTRY QUESTION HELP (Dynamic Equilibria) !!!

Hi I don't understand this question (attached below)
The markscheme says the answer is 3x1000=3000, but I don't know why they multiplied by 1000.
Please help ASAP I have a test on Wednesday 😬

Just attached it 😁
Okay so without the full question I'm going to go off what I know. The formula for ammonia is NH3, so one nitrogen to three hydrogen. Does that help?
