What piece is the pianist in little britain episode 3 playing. When he asks about sainsbury. It's the same episode where the handicapped guy rents a movie and the ugly girl tries to buy alcohol.
The piece is just lovely I must have it :p:

    "8.. ah.. s**t"
    "On a Thursday?"

Im not good with piano music though!

is it reasonably recognisable? Is it's pace quite quick....or is it a slow piece?

yup afireinside that's the one, I'd say it's easy recognizable just don't know too many pieces, it's quite quick a buildup with many fastpaced single notes then two times one chord

I think the Presto agitato from Beethoven's Moonlight Sonata was the piece in that episode... certainly sounds like it could be given your description.
