# Vectors watch

1. Given vectors u=(1,1,1) v=(2,3,4) and w=(-2,0,2)

find the angle v makes with the positive x-axis (in radians)

Can anyone help?
2. hi
you basically want the angle between 2 vectors

you know vector v, now just choose a vector in the direction of +x axis ..e.g. (1,0,0).

Now just use the scalar product....
3. The positive x-axis is the vector (1, 0, 0). Now use the dot (scalar) product.
