I’m in a really terrible spot right now. Please help

Hi guys , I have kinda a big issue.
1) I previously did 2 years of university study and I decided to switch to a much better university as well as a different course, but I have to restart from Year1
2) The student finance company rejected to pay for my first year of study , they will only pay for 2nd and 3rd. I phoned them and they cannot make a exception unless I had a mitigating circumstance.
I’m generally in a very bad spot , i can’t afford to pay the 9k tuition upfront. Does anyone have any advice?
I will be getting the maintenance loan so that’s all good.
I have sent my university a email but I doubt they can do anything.
Any advice guys please?
