Has anyone else been able to enrol yet? They made it sound like you could and should do it as soon as they'd sent the login info, but as far as I can tell you need your term-time address first, which I don't have. I'm assuming no one else does? Or do they? God I'm stressed, haha.
What college are you in? (or is that the problem?) Typically your address if you're living in halls is just the college (it's not by block etc) the exception to this is if accomodation is spread over multiple sites, e.g. some colleges are on both the main site and private halls like New Kepier Court or Student Mansion/Ernst Place which makes things more complicated
JoBo, and in my head it asked for a building name (it's possible I made this up and am an idiot) but for some reason now I can't log into banner self service at all? Ahhhghh, I hate IT.

Okay I managed to get onto banner self service but it does request a building number/name. I'm kinda contemplating just putting in a random number and changing it when I'm allocated a room, but then I don't want to further screw things up.
Edit: so it seems you can use Josephine Butler College as the building name. I could've enrolled weeks ago 🤦
ok so I definitely did my adress without putting in a room number but maybe it's being werid That being said normally you just have to enter thepostcode (DH1 3DF for Jobo) and they automatically detect your address- have you tried that? If so and it's still demanding a room number nad not letting you save and continue then I'm also stumped sorry

It asked for both the building name/number and the postcode, and as there are 4 (I believe) accommodation buildings at JB I assumed it meant one of those, but it seems you can simply put "Josephine Butler College". It's just my dumb ADHD brain needing very specific instructions haha, thank you for your help!
