Apart from going to the gym, mainly because I cannot afford it, what are the best ways to build muscle?
At the moment, I have next to no muscle, and I am being truthful. I don't want huge muscles, or even big muscles, I just want a normal 18 year old lads' sized arms and chest.
Are there any techniques that will aid this - obviously the quicker solutions the better, but I realise it can take time.
