About my email to complete registration from university of Bath (oversea student)

I still haven't got my email for completing registration despite there is just 2 weeks left to the start of university welcome week. and I'm pretty sure that I uploaded my visa and passport multiple times, but the student portal still shows "please upload copy". Is this normal?

I’m in the same situation as you regarding registration, I clicked on the link on my application tracker to register, it took me to a bath.ac page then took me back to the application tracker. I’ve never received my bath email address.
