I have a video of me and my girlfriend having sex, and I have a serious problem where every time I get turned on and go to masterbate, when im on my own, I systematically upload the video to a porn website, I rarely allow it to finish uploading and when I do I usually delete it quickly afterwards. But it's almost as if I need to do it to get turned on. I never want it to actually be on the internet, but I can't seem to stop doing this.

Delete the video? Remove it from your computer? Give it to your girlfriend?

You have to do something! As suggested above, get rid of the video.

Posting it up on the internet would be a horrible, horrible thing to do to your girlfriend, and you waould almost certainly lose her!!

If you have any respect for your girlfriend or the relationship that you have shared, then you should delete the video immediately as it seems you cannot responsibly hold onto it. If you are really reluctant to part with it then have her hold onto it for you.

Why do people record themselves having sex? Seems odd. esp if you break up and one of you does something stupid with it (well, looks like you're taking care of that already but in other cases I mean).

"Rarely" allow it to upload? That means you have done at some point?

That's absolutely awful, and incredibly harsh to your girlfriend. Ok, she was clearly a bit misguided to let herself be filmed by someone who clearly can't be trusted with such sensitive material - but think about how much it would hurt her if she found out. What if you get really drunk and tell her? Or you let slip to someone else who tells her? Just do as everyone has suggested and delete it from your computer permanently. (and well done for acknowledging that you do have a problem.)
