Hi! There are 4 stages.
Well done on passing stage 1. Stage 2 is Virtual Interview Video. Stage 3 is Assessment Centre and stage 4 is Council Interviews

I really didn't enjoy the video interview, I found it very awkward having to look at myself and speak like that! Put me off and I'm almost certain I didn't get through!!

Me neither, but I hope that some things I said they thought were good! Afterwards I thought of so many more examples I could've mentioned but didn't say in the interview. Just hope that I can get to the next stage, bit of a nervous wait now

Are the assessment centre national applicants together with those who applied for local councils? I'm wondering about the numbers of people who got to AC

I am not too sure. I applied for a local council and could only see dates and times for that specific council. I thought the AC would be mixed but this has made me think otherwise.

Guys im a bit confused.

Whats the difference between national and local? I applied for national, I realised there were local applications after I applied to the national.

So can we still pick the location we want to do if we went through the 'national route'?

Yes, the local refers to the specific councils that were listed separately, meaning they have somewhat a separate application process. Which means you only apply for 1 specific council, whereas the people who applied national can choose different locations based on your preferences etc after the ac

Same, I think for my it said the same but I was just struck by the numbers of spaces open for this stage. From what I can remember it was still in hundreds closer to 1000 spaces to book for the ac, which made me wonder if they're all open for a specific or the whole scheme

Right! There were like 30 spaces open for each AC which made me think they would be mixed. That's a lot of people. I don't know, I guess we'll have to wait and see.

I’m guessing the date you are offered is stream specific but the assessment centre stage as a whole is a standardised. So the number of students at assessment centre stage as a whole is for the whole of the graduate program not just one specific stream.
