Regarding ATAS refusal and apply again

Hello everyone, I am a PhD student (Imperial College) starting in October. To meet my PhD offer condition, I applied for ATAS in March but it was refused on 15th June. I applied it again on 20th June but until now, I have not received any results (3 months...).
Some people told me that once you are refused by ATAS, it is almost impossible to get ATAS certificate again for the same course/major. Is that true? Anyone could share your ATAS application experience? I am so stressful.

Hi. So sorry to hear that your ATAS got rejected. On which subject you opted for? Yes, it is true, once ATAS get rejected, it is very hard to get unless you change the main research subject. If you have change it properly, there should be no problem to recieve the ATAs.

Hi, I got rejected too. What did you do next? Is there a chance to get it after the appeal?
