Double the length from one side to the middle.

I got my first one within 4 weeks. But that was applying earlier when things were quiet. Now, depending on course, university etc, could be any time. I'd say 3 weeks minimum though.

I got my first offer within 6 days. A rejection within 7. Got an acknowledgement the day after sending it off and have yet to hear from my other uni. So it depends, I'm just chuffed about my offer, as it's my first choice

I had my first offer 11 days after I applied. My last one within six weeks of applying. It just depends.

What course have you applied for & where to?

I had two offers in 7 days, and another two 7 days after that. It all depends on where you're applying, what for, and how long it takes the school to submit it.

I got an offer 3 days after sending it off, but nothing more than confirmations from anywhere else (no interview requests or anything, yet).

It depends on many things such as where you applied to, what your grades/PS are like, what course you're doing, who the admissions person is, etc.
But in general, I'd say you'll probably hear from one or two places within a few weeks, but need to wait until January-ish for all the replies.

Last year, I got my first offer within about 5 or 6 days.
It varies from course to course, institution to institution and always on what time of the year it is.
As its approaching early december you may have to wait a little longer, but no one can really know.
    Just be patient!
